Gunnar Hoyer, managing director of MPU-Akademie, has many years of comprehensive expertise in traffic psychology as a graduate psychologist and psychological psychotherapist. He studied psychology at Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg. After several years in work, industrial and organisational psychology, he moved into clinical and traffic psychology. He successfully completed his training as a psychological psychotherapist in Frankfurt am Main. For many years Gunnar Hoyer also worked as an MPU assessor at TÜV Hessen before founding MPU-Akademie in 2013.

As a father of three, I know from everyday experience how central mobility and a driving licence are to daily life. Many organisational tasks of family life could only be managed with considerable effort without a driving licence. At the same time, I am a passionate driver myself and love to travel. So I know the personal value of a driving licence not only from a professional perspective but also from real life. Together with my team, I have specialised in preparing people optimally online for their medical-psychological assessment (MPU) and guiding them safely, competently and practically through the entire process.

Dennis Morzinek is an experienced psychologist with a Master of Science in work, organisational and business psychology from the University of Vienna. After gaining initial experience in work psychology, Dennis decided to move into traffic psychology.

In his role as team leader of MPU-Akademie's traffic psychologists, he focuses on preparing our clients – that is, you – for the medical-psychological assessment (MPU) using cognitive behavioural therapy and schema therapy. His expertise as a traffic psychologist makes him a valued contact for everyone who has to face this challenge.
Lea Güldenhöven

Lea Güldenhöven specialised in psychodynamic psychotherapy through her studies in clinical psychology and psychotherapy at Medical School Berlin and her part-time training at the Institute for Integrative Psychotherapy Berlin. During her studies she already gained practical experience as a co-therapist in analytical group therapy at a Berlin day clinic.

After graduating, she began her training as a psychological psychotherapist and has also worked as an MPU counsellor ever since. Her sound training and practical experience enable her to support you effectively on your way through the medical-psychological assessment.
David Nüchter
David Nüchter is a psychologist (M.Sc.) specialising in traffic psychology and work and organisational psychology.

He has extensive experience in traffic-psychological counselling and diagnostics and in individual preparation for the medical-psychological assessment (MPU).

Experience from project consulting in workplace health management and systemic coaching shapes his holistic view of behaviour and change processes. His strength lies in explaining complex topics clearly and motivating people on their way back to safe and responsible participation in road traffic.
Madeline Korim

Madeline Korim completed her Master's in psychology, specialising in clinical psychology, in Berlin. During her studies she already gained extensive practical experience in various clinical fields: among other things, she worked in a specialist addiction treatment clinic and in a psychiatric clinic, where she supported patients in individual and group settings.

As an MPU counsellor, she combines her psychological expertise with a great deal of empathy and experience in dealing with people in challenging life situations.
In counselling, she places particular emphasis on a clear, appreciative and authentic approach – always with the aim of guiding you individually and purposefully through the MPU.
Vanessa Gottschall

Vanessa Gottschall already has years of experience in MPU preparation. She studied psychology at the University of Mannheim. Since then she has worked wholeheartedly as a traffic psychologist and MPU counsellor.

Whether one offence or several – whether alcohol, drugs, points, criminal offences, medical cannabis or medication – whether it is your first attempt or you have already failed several times – Ms Gottschall goes all the way to success together with you. “Nobody voluntarily chooses to develop an alcohol or drug problem, to commit repeated offences or to lose their driving licence. It is important to me to work with people at eye level, not from above,” says Vanessa Gottschall.

I have lived in Germany for many years and have specialised here, among other things, in counselling and preparation for the medical-psychological assessment (MPU).
